Colour Classics Issue 2:1

Here we are! Issue 3 of the brand new colourized vintage Tank Girl comics. As a purist and megafan I really should be saying ‘it was released in black and white and should stay in black and white’. Well I’m not…these remastered and colourized versions are now (in my eyes) the definitive way to read the glory of Tank Girls deadline days. Jamie’s artwork jumps out of the page with this sexy injection of colour.

The classic stories covered in issue 3 are:

I’ve got friends in bulls end

Force ten to Ringarooma May

Summer love sensation

And as a total bonus surprise the Story featured in the ‘Dig the Slowness’ poster magazine!

Just to emphasize how great these are I just want to reiterate that If you’re an old school Tank Girl fan who’s been there bought the T-shirt, lost the T-shirt and bought the T-shirt again then don’t worry this is still worth getting. Unlike previous coloring attempts this really brings out the best in Jamie’s artwork and as a super nerd I’d have to say it’s the best it’s ever looked.

If you’re brand new to Tank Girl what better way to start than with the original Deadline run of Tank Girl but with the added cherry on top…it’s in colour! It’s rammed full of Tank Girls signature blend of violence, humour, pop culture, confusion and madness. It really is for both the new fan and the old fan. Come on jump onboard and relive the 90’s!!!

You upgraded all your old dusty CDs (or VHS) with Brand new high fidelity Vinyl records (or HD bluray)right? Well this is the same if you’ve already read the original black and white versions. Upgrade your Tank Girl collection now with full colour badassery!
